Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. 200g digestive biscuits
  2. 100g butter (melted)
  3. 400g cream cheese
  4. 200ml heavy cream
  5. 150g powdered sugar
  6. 200g Nutty Delight pistachio spread
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. Crushed pistachios for garnish
  9. Instructions
  10. Crush biscuits, mix with butter, press into a tin → chill.
  11. Beat cream cheese, sugar, pistachio spread, and vanilla.
  12. Fold in whipped cream.
  13. Spread over base → refrigerate 6 hrs.
  14. Garnish with pistachios & drizzle.
