Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter (melted)
- 400g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 150g powdered sugar
- 200g Nutty Delight pistachio spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed pistachios for garnish
- Instructions
- Crush biscuits, mix with butter, press into a tin → chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, pistachio spread, and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread over base → refrigerate 6 hrs.
- Garnish with pistachios & drizzle.
