Ingredients
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 125g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Nutty Delight pistachio spread
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g crushed pistachios
- Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar, egg, pistachio spread.
- Mix flour + baking powder → add in.
- Fold in crushed pistachios.
- Scoop onto tray → bake 180°C for 12 min.
