Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients

1. 250g all-purpose flour
2. 125g butter
3. 100g brown sugar
4. 1 egg
5. 2 tbsp Nutty Delight pistachio spread
6. 1 tsp baking powder
7. 50g crushed pistachios
8. Instructions
9. Cream butter, sugar, egg, pistachio spread.
10. Mix flour + baking powder → add in.
11. Fold in crushed pistachios.
12. Scoop onto tray → bake 180°C for 12 min.
