Pistachio Cupcakes

Ingredients

  1. 150g butter
  2. 150g sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 150g flour
  5. 2 tbsp Nutty Delight pistachio spread
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Pistachio frosting (buttercream + pistachio spread)
  8. Instructions
  9. Cream butter, sugar, eggs.
  10. Add flour, baking powder, pistachio spread.
  11. Bake 180°C for 18 min.
  12. Frost with pistachio buttercream.
